Interim reinforcement with a strategic foundation

In addition to our collaborations on a project/campaign or retainer basis (as an outboard engine), Blyde Benelux is increasingly filling interim communication and PR positions. We step in where necessary, bring peace and direction, are truly part of your team and ensure that we move forward faster as a team from a fix-it mode and result-driven perspective.

This colleague holds an interim communication and PR position, based on the Blyde Move theory*. We take control, take responsibility for strategy and execution, ensure continuity and accelerate where necessary. Always with a clear explanation and in cooperation with the existing team: what is really important, what choices do you make (and don't) make, and how do you ensure that what we do is also correct in the longer term.

What kind of moments are these?
  • In case of temporary failure (pregnancy, illness, departure)
  • During growth phases, transitions or repositioning
  • When there is ambition, but no full team (yet)
And what do we do then?
  • Temporary implementation of marketing and communication departments
  • Managing internal and external teams
  • Development and implementation of PR and communication strategy
  • Sparring partner for management and MT

In recent years, we have done this for, among others, Goldschmeding Foundation, Too Good To Go, the Neighborhood and PWN.

Moving forward in one quarter!

In three months, we will lay a strategic basis that provides direction and guidance for the longer term with a concrete action plan. How do we do that? For a quarter, we are structurally part of the team two days a week. That means: participating, executing, listening, understanding and getting to the bottom of what is really going on. That proximity is essential to be an immediate extension of your current team and to arrive at a strategy that not only works on paper, but also works and is feasible in practice.

The quarterly package can be set up together in consultation and can consist of the following implementation:

  • One impact advisor, part of the team on location, 2 days a week. And one strategic impact advisor involved from Blyde basis.
  • A supported communication and PR strategy for the longer term based on Blyde Move theory
  • A sharp message house (key messages, target groups and tone)
  • A concrete action plan with priorities and realistic timing

Afterwards, there are two logical routes:
1. the team continues independently, based on a firm and well-thought-out foundation.
2. Blyde remains involved in further translating the strategy into implementation (interim or advisory).
